Oven Baked Veggie Fusilli with Black Truffle Sauce, Served with Sweet Potato Tempura(HKD178)
Similar to the pizza, truffle & cheese were also the magic of this main. Tempting aroma, smoothed out with a touch of Cheese. Sweet potato had a crispy skin while keeping soft and starchy inside but not well matched with Fusilli.
和薄餅有著相近的美味方程式,黑松露的香味,加上焗芝士的層次感,味道也是十分好;另外有甜薯,香脆香甜,但感覺和焗螺絲粉不太配合。
